I started school again, here at Bakersfield College. The first two bouts of college I was going after early childhood education degree. For many reasons, it didn’t happen. This time I am going for the Automotive Technology A.S. This is the first week, and today I took my first Introduction to Automotive Mechanics class. During the downtime, I started the research for removing my transmission and loading it up to Ol Duste’s website to have nicely compiled for me. Maybe it will do some others good as well.

When I took my automotive class in high school, we each rebuilt and inline-6. My first time using a torque wrench, and I didn’t know the less torque, the quieter the click. It was surprising how easily that valve cover bolt snapped.
