Reprius

1 Remove interlock cover (2 bolts, 2 nuts)

2 Remove interlock (1 nut) and interlock bracket (1 bolt, 1 nut)

3 Remove interlock (2 nuts 8mm)

4 Remove upper vent duct (1 nut, 1 wideflange nut, 1 pop-it)

5 Remove fan (3 nuts, wide washer), blow out with air (or otherwise clean)

6 Remove end cover (2 bolts, 1 nut), disconnect computer, top temperature sensor, and sensor wire

7 Remove battery case cover (2 bolts, 7 nuts)

8 Load test, 2 bulbs, 45 minutes

9 Disconnect bus bars from computer, remove bus bars (2 bolts, 56 nuts, 8mm), and remove top air block

10 Disconnect temperature sensor from relay block

11 Remove 8mm grounding bolts from bottom of battery

12 Lift off case bottom.

13 Remove temperature sensors, bottom air block and clips (5?)

14 Remove computer (1 bolt), loosen bottom two 12mm bolts, and remove four 12mm bolts and the top brace.

15 Remove relay block (3 bolts)

16 Remove bus bars for cleaning
